This new and exciting property just opened a year ago.  The spectacular five star resort and spa is situated on Motu Piti Aau, a coral island on the barrier reef.  It has made excellent use of the natural resources including a sea water air conditioning system.

This will be the first resort on Bora Bora to provide only over-water villas.  There are 8 end of pontoon villas, 32 horizon villas and 40 lagoon villas.  All have a seperate living room with a glass bottom coffee table, a seperate bedroom with walk in dressing room and a large, bright bathroom.  The under shade terrace provides sunbeds and leads to a spacious sundeck.  The 80 over-water villas will all feature the following amenities:

  • Two flat screen televions with local and international channels

The resort also has created 12 day rooms that are fully equipped for guests arriving before 2pm or departing after 11am as well as day visitors to Bora Bora.

The Tamatea restaurant opens out onto a patio with panoramic views of the lagoon.  It will provide a gourment, fine dining experience in a truly Polynesian setting and will be open for breakfast and dinner.

The Arearea beach bar and restaurant will provide a more casual setting situated on the resort's private white sand beach and will be open for light meals and snacks.  In addition to these two restaurants, there is another bar overlooking the beach, llagoon and Mount Otemanu.  It is an ideal spot to meet and relax any time of the day.   The resort also offers a  six continent extravaganza, Polynesian night and a marvellous seafood soiree.

The resort's Thalasso spa is the first of its kind to be built in the South Pacific.  Thalasso, comes from the ancient Greek word    thalassa, that means ocean.  Thalasso therapy provides a combination of fresh sea water, seaweed and heat which enables the body to replenish essential revitalizing natural elements and mineral salts and offers total relaxation for your body and mind.
